Hack-o-Problem

From this month we are starting a post “Hacko-problem” related to hackathon problems. This initiative will help and ignite spark in the minds of young people as to what are real world problems and what are the ways or approaches to solve a problem.

Hope to find tangible solutions to the problems and activate hidden talent of problem solving inside the youth of today. For the problems one needs to submit their solutions in a document with the whole plan, or could create a video explaining the solution. We have attached a Google Form for the submission of the solution.




Problem

Build an online system for monitoring water quality, leaks, contamination, and managing pipeline network. Design simulation of the hardware that would provide the solution.

We expect two major part of the solution:

  1. A plan (Can be a simulation, video, diagram with explanation)

  2. A ML model which finds the water contamination in Monsoon, Summer and Winter for different cities and find the most water contamination among cities.

What do mean by phishing ?  Phishing is a type of online fraud when con artists pretend to be reputable companies or organizations in order to deceive victims into giving up personal information like passwords or credit card details. Phishing efforts can take the shape of emails, websites, or even text messages, and can appear authentic at first glance. A phishing attempt can be identified in a number of ways, including misspellings, odd syntax, and sudden requests for personal information. Do not respond to the message if you believe you are being targeted by a phisher; instead, report the incident to the relevant authorities. Phishing in India !!!! India is a vast and developing country. Digitalization is being done at a speedy rate. This brings a lot of ease for the general public but also creates a pool of opportunities for scammers, hackers, and con men. As per an article by Times of India Between April 1, 2020, and March 31, 2022, clients lost roughly 1500 crores in these scams.
